Submitting Data
To upload data using WVCR’s Secure Online Data Submission System (SODSS), you must have a user name and password. If you do not have a user name and password, please contact Neal Kerley at nkerley@wvdhhr.org. If you do have a user name and password, you can sign in to SODSS.

West Virginia Cancer Registry Policy and Procedure Manuals
The West Virginia Cancer Registry Policy and Procedure Manuals are intended to provide reporters with an overview of reporting requirements and coding. Please note that facility-based registrars should refer to the manual for facility-based registries, as this contains all of the required reporting elements for such registries. Non-facility based reporters, such as physicians’ offices not affiliated with hospitals or other facilities should refer to the manual for non-facility reporters.
